Thrillers, Killers ‘n’ Chillers – A eZine showcasing well, crime, chillers and horrors. Accepting unsolicited submissions under 2000 words (They are a little lenient on it) The Editors are Matt Hilton, the author of the thriller novels Dead Mens Dust & Judgment and Wrath with writer  Col Bury who has his own interview site.

A Twist of Noir – A eZine showcasing crime and noir. Accepting unsolicited submissions I think under 8000 words max. The Editor of the eZine is Christopher Grant

Powder Burn Flash – A crime eZine. Accepts unsolicited submissions with a 1000 word max count. It is edited by MysteryDawg

MicroHorror – A wicked little short fiction site. Accepts unsolicited submissions in the horror genre as long as they are no longer than 666 words. The editor of the eZine is Nathan Rosen

The Daily Tourniquet – A horror eZine that accepts a variety of media such as short stories which have a 1500 word max count, poetry, videos and anything else to do with horror you can come up with. It is edited by Jeffrey Conolly.

FlashShots - a micro-fiction site that puts a piece up daily, it’s edited by G.W Thomas and it’s open to unsolicited submissions. Read the guidelines before submitting.

Blink-Ink – a micro-fiction site. This one is a real strange one to explain, as in the few words you have you can say whatever you like, a vignette, smudge etc, or a structured piece. It is edited by Lynn Alexander & Doug Mathewson.

Everyday Fiction – a flash fiction site for under 1000 words. It gives a daily dose of fiction either from the site or in your inbox. It covers all genres.

New Flesh Magazine – a flash fiction site for under 1000 words. It’s editor is William Pauley III.  Sci-Fi, Horror, Bizarro, fantasy etc.

Flashes in the Dark – a horror flash fiction site for under 1000 words. It’s editor is Lori Titus.

The Flash fiction Offensive – a site that covers flash under 1000 words and edited by Rey Gonzales. In his own words, he is after. The kind of stories you tell when you’re with your pals down at the bar, knocking back your thirteenth beer. Tales about things that went wrong when Joe Asshole punched his woman a little too hard, about the stranger Crack-whore Jenny met on the streets that she wants to forget, about the time when Loser Steve should have gotten arrested but didn’t.

Mike Wilkerson’s Blog is called, Writing the Hard Way. A place to find links to his shorts and read about anything else that catches his interest.

Lily Child’s Feardom Blog is where she showcases her thoughts, where she’s upto on this writing quest or that writing quest and where to find her latest published piece.

Chris Allinotte’s Blog is a place to find out about his writing, which covers, flash, short stories and I think he’s inching over to longer work again.

David Barber’s Blog a place to find out about his flash fiction and everything in-between.

Angel Zapata’s Blog A Rage of Angel is getting to be a hub of the writing community in regards to interviews and items of interest, as well as keeping up to date with what’s going on with his own writing. Lately he turned detective and broke up a one-man plagerism ring.

Erin Cole’s Blog Listen to the Voices is a place to keep up with her writing, interviews and whatever else is going on.

Matt Hilton’s Blog keeps you up todate with his ongoing series featuring Joe Hunter and all the background things that go with it. Not to forget his second in the Joe Hunter series is coming out in the UK on the 15th of October, definitely one to look out for.

Michael J Solender’s Blog is a daily updated place to get a daily fix of whatever has been going through his head. From short pieces of fiction to poetry through to more serious subjects. Always well worth a skeet at.

Keith Rawson’s Blog is well, Keith Rawson’s blog. It’s hard to explain. This should help, it’s called ‘Bloody Knuckles and Caloused Fingertips. It has his musings, what he’s been up to and about his writing.

Ralan.Com – Now this is a valuable resource for writers looking for markets. Updated nearly daily. I made my first sale using this site so I kinda have a soft spot for it.
